Executive Producer

Everette L. Scott, Jr. is the Managing Partner for our New Jersey offices.  Mr. Scott brings a wealth of experience in several areas of law. Formerly, Mr. Scott served as Of Counsel at the law firm of Spector Gadon and Rosen, P.C. in their Philadelphia, PA and Moorestown, New Jersey offices. At Spector, Gadon and Rosen, Mr. Scott served as Chairman of the Sports and Entertainment Law Department.
 
He was voted in South Jersey Magazine in 2009 as South Jerseys Top Attorney in ‘Sports Law’.  Mr. Scott has negotiated numerous player contracts in the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball. He is also responsible for negotiating endorsements, recording contracts and publishing contracts over the last 15 years. Mr. Scott has counseled numerous multimedia and publishing companies in corporate and transactional matters that impact entertainment and intellectual property areas.

Mr. Scott also has experience in corporate law, intellectual property matters, employment law, real estate matters and complex commercial transactions involving commodities and financial services. Some of Mr. Scott’s clients range from buying and selling oil commodities to developing commercial and real estate projects.
